Homibus is an enchanter that lives close to the realms of Sir Johan's king, King Gerard's domain, and within distance of Smurf Village. He live is a simple home that contain his laboratory and library. He is a wizard of some power, yet the full extent and influence of his casting abilities have not been showcased. Like most wizards, he is has wealth of knowledge of the arcane and material world.
It is known that he is friends with another spellcaster, Papa Smurf who occasionally drops in. They have been friends for many decades. It is possible that Homnibus also has an association with the local wizard's academy and Witch Haven Conservatory. He may have also had interactions with other such spellcaster's as Lord Balthazar, Gargamel, and Chlorhydris.
Although getting on in years, he may have slowly been passing his magical powers into a special artifact that is currently being worn around "Puppy's" (aka Homni-One) neck. The locket is enchanted so only a worthy successor can open it, all other who dare try are shocked with lightning. His successor was found, as Baby Smurf managed to open the locket and gained magical powers... possibly being one of the first smurfs sorcerers.
