Suspected Anti-Republic Group Activity: R-90, Khorrahg'ga, Tizzit/Ana, Nox Phyre, Padawan Talia (Human Jedi), Padawan Wrabbler (Kushiban), and L (Human Ex-Padawan).
Death: Nox Phyre, Ana
Zhato Rem and the group were momentarily hiding in one of his warehouses awaiting the transports that would take them to the luxury cruiser that would get them out of Republic Space. He was busy making finally preparations, and had one of assistant Mr. Gruk take care of the group if they had any questions. Mr. Gruk, a Bothan, provided everyone was new passports and IDs that should get them past most inspections.
They were already known to Republic Officials as they had signed up for the special "salvage" project. Fortunately for them Zhato's organization was in control of many of the IDs and information they gathered on the potential workers. Unfortunately R-90's and Ana's direct communications with the Ty Rhees' office left some trails that couldn't be fully scrubbed. Mr. Gruk had also given them some luggage with some clothes and such that would be appropriate foe their voyage.
Three transports arrived, Zhato went in one, Talia ,Wrabbler, Nox Phyre, and R-90 went on another, and Tizzit, Khorrahg'ga, Lepi, and Aryn went on the last transport. The transport followed the routes to the polar ice cap were security was light. It was a common hole in Coruscant's security, as the wealthy did not like being spied upon or observed. The group could seen the private chateaus and resort of Coruscant's elite as they passed into orbit. They soon left the layer of satellites orbiting the planet and made their way to a luxury cruiser. Zhato's transport stopped and signaled the necessary data, and most likely paying off someone as a ship to ship docking was made. The other two transports were allowed to proceed and dock. Mr. Gruk reminded them to blend in, and that any conveniences they required they could speak to him and he would arrange something. Nox Phyre and R-90 soon joined them as they were escorted to there luxury cabin suite.
Mr. Gruk had informed them that Talia and Wrabbler were delayed due to the fact that the Kushiban did not have proper clearance for tranport as pet. Mr. Gruk assured them that Zhato Rem would take care of it.
Khorrahg'ga took the opportunity to try and get a signal through to his home back on Kashyyyk. Fortunately the luxury liner was not jammed and he was able to get connect. He managed to get in touch with his Grandfather who informed him that the Clone Troopers had turned on the Jedi. The Wookie defense force fought back and attempted to protect the Jedi. Master Yoda was able to make his escape, the wookie who were not killed in the battle were captured and martial law was put into effect. The Republic had been jamming all communications, and wookie resistance fighters had been trying to re-establish communications.
His grandfather advised him to stay safe and hopefully this would all be over soon and he could come back home.
Tizzit was worried that Talia was not her and summoned Mr. Gruk. He had informed them that Talia and Wrabbler were on another vessel that would be headed in the same direction. Zhato Rem had also sent some bodyguards to ensure they were safe and sound. Mr. Gruk established a video/comlink so they could verify that they were okay. For the next couple of days they enjoyed and all expense trip. R-90 even managed to make a few extra credits at the spa here. About a week into the voyage, Mr. Gruk had informed them that they would have dinner with him as they approached Loxley Station. As they sat having a pleasant meal, they were wondering what happened to Nox. In his usual fashion, Zhato had Mr. Gruk open the private dining room window that gave a great view of a nebula they were passing.....and the tethered body of Nox Phyre.
Tizzit clicked madly, but before anyone could protest Zhato let them know that Nox could not be trusted.
He was one of Zero's men. Zero had double crossed him, Nox got Zero involved......and that left a bad taste in his mouth. What was worse it seems that the former Captain was in on it too...playing both sides. So Zhato fired Nox, Mr. Gruk showing him to his new quarters out their in space. Zhato upset lost his appetite and excused himself. He let them know that this would be the last time they would see him. He was officially taking an extended leave of absence until the dust settled down. He let them know that Nox's captain had seemed to leave them with a ship. It was already loaded with their items and programmed with the coordinates to Loxley Station. He wished them luck and just left.
